About

I'm a Software Engineer and practicing Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine.

My professional interests are centered around applied artificial intelligence, healthcare innovation, and security.

I am drawn to risk mitigation strategies, especially in critical systems. I study offensive security techniques to develop proactive and resilient defense strategies.

Extensive real-world clinical experience has given me a deep understanding of risk, trust, and safety. Now, I leverage this experience to design software systems that are intentionally built to streamline workflows and defend against cybersecurity threats.

Much of my work focuses on understanding risk and designing systems that mitigate potential harm.

David is a deeply knowledgeable and composed clinician. His calm demeanor and clinical insight are qualities that consistently benefit patients and colleagues alike.
